Our vision at Breakthrough Land... is a future where the cycle of poverty is eradicated, and every child and young person in Parys, South Africa, and its surrounding areas has the tools, resources, and support needed to lead fulfilling lives. We envision a community where opportunities are abundant, potential is realized, and the next generation becomes a driving force for positive change. Breakthrough Land NPC strives to be a catalyst in creating a society where poverty is not a barrier to success and where each individual can break free from the constraints of their circumstances. Through collaboration, innovation, and a focus on sustainable development, Breakthrough Land NPC strives to make disciples and raise leaders to raise leaders. We are a united force and embrace being the Body of Christ to serve and honour all.

Children and youth camps...are fundamental in creating long lasting change in a culture where children are often abused, abandoned, neglected, and generally deprived of positive support and a place to be safe, particularly in the holiday seasons, when children are not attending school. We are already offering these camps for up to 40-50 youth and children at a time, but there is much more to do. We now have the opportunity to purchase and build on a 52-hectare site, in order to accommodate up to 1000 youth and children along with activities such as an indoor rock climbing and inflatable center, agriculture and hydroponic training opportunities, leadership training and sporting fun. These camps allow us to meet our objectives to engage, equip and empower children and young people to fully reach their potential and nature their relationship with God and each other.

The EDCC programme...cultivates the next generation of leaders by utilising a comprehensive and targeted ranking structure, to unlock the potential of every child. Our program is not just about developing individual leaders, but about creating a ripple effect of leadership. We believe that true leadership is about empowering others, and our aim is to raise leaders who will go on to raise other leaders in their communities. The issues facing children and youth in South Africa is multifaceted and complex. There are a number of challenges including access to education, violence and crime, socioeconomic division, limited opportunities, lack of role models and social and cultural barriers leading to resistance to change. Our ethos is to break down these barriers and provide opportunities for each and every child.

Operation Safe Place Camps

It costs around $40 per child for a 7 day camp including meals and accommodation.

Our hope is to upgrade our existing facilities to accommodate more children. 

EDCC

Our Children's Church programme aims to engage with hundreds of children on a weekly basis, sharing the gospel and enrolling them onto our discipleship programme. 
Our basic costs are $1,500 per month.
